At JME Design Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders
Many of our products are made-to-measure, personalised, or created specifically to customer requirements.
Because these items are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Please ensure all measurements, specifications, and customisation details are checked carefully before ordering.
Standard Size Products
For eligible standard-size items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation must be provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Made-to-measure or personalised items
- Custom orders
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear
- Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
