At JME Design Lab, many of our products are handmade, made-to-measure, or produced to order. Processing times may therefore vary depending on the item ordered.

Estimated production and dispatch times will be shown on the product page where possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.
