Hinge Hole Drilling (Optional)

• Standard 35mm cup hinge holes
• Positioned 8cm from the top and bottom edges
• Additional centre hinge added on taller doors where required

Finishing Advice

All doors are supplied ready for painting. For best results, we recommend:

• Two coats of primer
• One top coat in your chosen colour
• Light sanding between coats for a smooth finish

Materials

Our doors are made using moisture-resistant MDF (light green core). This material offers superior stability and a smoother painted finish compared to standard MDF, making it ideal for interior cabinetry.
